The only reason all of your apps will get deleted is to do a factory data reset through the settings or if you do a data wipe using the power and volume buttons in the proper sequence. Now if you cannot find your files after Windows 10 upgrade you. Also if anyone has done the update in a Router like this if he has noticed any important.
