I just bought it a few days ago and I had a Dodge Caliber before this but I know that the Journey has a Chrysler engine in it then a Dodge one so Im wondering how long I can expect the Joinery to. The front suspension wear items are probably the biggest area of concern.

Fuel economy for the 2-door model is advertised at 17mpg city and 21mpg highway. Test drive it over some really crappy roads with turns in them and check for loose play up front.
